You are mistaken Mike, This is what's called extra constitutional. The constitution protects your right to contract. And they made a fraudulent contract that you unknowingly agreed to. You made a contract where you are in feudal servitude the US. This is when they ask you if you are a US citizen. When you answer yes to the question are you a resident you are agreeing to let them govern you in this capacity. The geographical definition of resident is where you live, the legal definition is where you live in and to whom you get your right and to whom you owe duties. This is the consent to be governed. All servitude is voluntary. Remove you consent to be governed in this capacity
