This man should be in prison! If it was another person they would have been in prison. The fact that Jones was not a threat after he threw his gun down and fled, for Pownall to shoot him on the back as he was running did not post a threat to him! They need to lock up this cop like what it wrong with our department of justice!! You have a cop who murdered someone out with no charges and reinstated but have Trump sitting in a criminal trial for being a victim of extortion! What is wrong with our DEPARTMENT OF INJUSTICE!!
