Some people may think the children has a point. They offered to rent the home and give her the rent payments so she can live off. They just don't want the home sold..

That's what I also thought, but then I realized, how they going to buy their inheritance... it's theirs left from dad. I side with the mom, but I also understand where the children come from.
Unless they are step children. It is a joint asset in a marriage, they don't get an inheritance until both parents are gone.
