"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." The NATIONAL GAURD is not the Militia. It is the quartering of soldiers within the states. Your county sheriffs are the ones in charge of the militia if they are constitutional sheriffs.
