Would depend where in PA. Pa up in Towanda Cty you can get a 5 bedroom house for 140k, York Pa rent is 700 for a 1 bwdroom. Bucks Cty well that is high, but inner Philly safe place high sketcy place 380 a month

Bucks county is really high! Can't get anything less than $1k
Thousand is cheap. Look at effic. for my son and they were 1200
