Would depend where in PA. Pa up in Towanda Cty you can get a 5 bedroom house for 140k, York Pa rent is 700 for a 1 bwdroom. Bucks Cty well that is high, but inner Philly safe place high sketcy place 380 a month

My son works in York PA, lives in Red Lion PA, he is a correction officer there, some shady parts in York..Definitely a little cheaper out there.
Yeah I probably lived on a few of them. Remember when the paper accidently slipped and printes the headlines "The Jungle had multiple shootings last night" Use to live on East Jackson, then Duke street, and Princess. But it was cheap.
