Philadelphia police will increase their presence in Kensington and crack down on crime as part of phase 2 of their improvement plan for the area.

Good plan if followed through but I understand they removed the people and tents in Kensington but they moved them a couple of blocks away. That’s only moving the problem from one area to another. Yes, druggies need help but they need a place to put them all in to ensure they are kept clean and not a 30 day program that most of the time does not work. Use money for these programs to build facilities instead of sending millions to other countries. Rehabilitation, housing and jobs are what’s needed in all drug areas along with locking up the drug dealers and drug cartel. My thoughts only.
