Philadelphia police will increase their presence in Kensington and crack down on crime as part of phase 2 of their improvement plan for the area.

why all the sudden interest in Kensington? That place has been gone for years!!! Like @Donnaa said, they will just move them the the next corner! ive seen some come to our areas! they give them a bus ticket to livin green and they just wonder around the area and camp out here!
