We need to build institutions again for the mentality ill to help rehabilitate people who need help, and a place for the people who will never be normal. So many homeless have a mental problem but they are left on the streets to fend for themselves. Suicide is a terrible hopeless act. They feel it’s the only way out. Sad!
it is sad, may people need help and the only one that can help turn their backs on them because now days people take jobs just to get paid but not do the job. its like your a bother to people when you need assistance.
