Another example of people who are mentally ill being allowed to be in public instead of being in an institution where they are being watched, on medication and away from harming others. How many people do you think would have subdued this man after the other hero was put on trial for stopping a mentally ill, druggie, homeless man? It’s terrible what is happening. I can only hope she did not suffer long.
