I hopw the high prices are addressed. NY screwed themselves with rent control so landlords cannot raise rents and fix things so now they are moving out to the burbs and nobody can afford housing around here. Oil has gone up so much, it is brutal to fill oil tanks this yr, and groceries keep going up
