If your swerving you must be drunk, if you cross the double yellow you'll be ticketed. but what I don't see here is a lined dedicated speed zone. Looks like a rouse to have cause for unwarranted traffic stops.

Interesting concept. Wonder what the second phase will be. One way to stop speeders is to put a camera in that records speeders and issues tickets through the mail like the boulevard does.
