You are mistaken Mike, This is what's called extra constitutional. The constitution protects your right to contract. And they made a fraudulent contract that you unknowingly agreed to. You made a contract where you are in feudal servitude the US. This is when they ask you if you are a US citizen. When you answer yes to the question are you a resident you are agreeing to let them govern you in this capacity. The geographical definition of resident is where you live, the legal definition is where you live in and to whom you get your right and to whom you owe duties. This is the consent to be governed. All servitude is voluntary. Remove you consent to be governed in this capacity

True, I'm taking this weekend to educate myself and remove my consent. Have you done it yet?

I sent my cold affidavit of citizenship evidence in June 2023, I included unrebutted affidavit with my passport application in Dec 2023. I still need draft my cover letter for the IRS special notice wording required with this notice. Waiting to draft cover letters to state agencies need clarification and working on proper wording of states obligation to protect me from over reach of fed. I need to do this soon. I received both card and book back now I have proof of my status in the possession of the secretary
