Why don't they draft all the migrant young men/women and let them fight for this country if they want to live here. Biden let them in, now let them fight for their rights. Why are our young men forced to protect all the hundred of thousands of illegals in this country why they get a free pass to enjoy their freedom and get all the handouts.

If you or your sons are nationals and are alien to the residency of the 14th amendment the US government can not draft you. You can only volunteer. A citizenship affidavit declaring that you are a national, sent to the US secretary of state and that has not been rebutted with another affidavit is the highest legal proof of your political status. I guess I am lucky in a sense, my son can't be drafted. But I have a question with all the medical med stoners would the military have to pay for their weed is they are drafted?
